Getting rid of negative thoughts, regrets and toxic relationships is like getting rid of all that stuff in out closet that we've been holding on to, that's too sizes too small. It looks awful, feels even worse and restricts us! It feels so good to let it go! The process is hard at times. We hold on to things, situations and people thinking hey will somehow fit again, even though we've long outgrown them. It's worth it either way. We were born to be beautiful...stuffed into a life that doesn't fit isn't a pretty look! I love it! Got rid of some relationships, stopped doing things that were not helping me move forward, and let go of lower thoughts that used to haunt me. Oh yeah, 2010 is looking light and bright.
