Don’t Let Pride Become Prejudice
Pride that turns into dislike for those who are different is Prejudice.
Celebrate, love and appreciate who you are, what you do and the way you do it. Then, celebrate everyone else, too.
Pride is good. Prejudice? Not so much…

It’s funny that there’s a U.S. flag in the background. In light of what’s going on over there with a lot of these so called tea party folks (not giving them the respect of uppercase letters), I would say that patriotism is most definitely prejudice.
I agree, Wilfredo! Nothing in this post was random or unintentional. Whenever we pit one group against another or start to think in terms of us vs. them, we’re on the wrong track. Thanks for commenting!!! We are human before we are anything else. For me, that’s the most important label.
