Once a word escapes your lips, it’s off like a runaway train.  You know what they say…”Loose lips sink ships”. 

Mind your mouth.  Choose words wisely…runaway trains can do a  lot of damage, too. 

P.S. Get a journal.  They listen well and say nothing. :-)
