The End…Not!
Things may look bad, feel bad or even “be” bad. But it’s not the end of the world. It’s not even the end of yours.
Keep pushing.

Declare Your Independence
Today is your day. Declare your independence from the opinions, perceptions, expectations and limitations of others (and from that negative voice that rambles on some days in your own head).
Life (check). Liberty (just took care of that). On to the pursuit of happiness.
Have fun and don’t look back.

Go With The Flow
Pushing, pulling, scratching, clawing, struggling, and suffering are emotionally, physically and spiritually exhausting.
Stop fighting Life. Go with the flow. Set your intention, follow life’s guidance, and enjoy the ebb and flow. Don’t panic when the waters get choppy (storms don’t go on forever). Trust that you are safe and everything will be alright. You’ve made it this far, mistakes, hurts and all. Imagine yourself calm and enjoying being carried by the current. Doesn’t that feel good? Send me a postcard when you arrive peacefully to your destination, okay? Love,Staci

Just Because Someone Builds A Box…
People build boxes all the time; boxes built of bias, fear, insecurity, ignorance, boredom and a lack of creativity. They climb right in and expect you to climb in with them.
Just because someone builds a box, doesn’t mean you have to try to get or fit in it.
I’m dancing happily OUTSIDE the box…want to join me? It looks awfully cramped and uncomfortable in there.
Love,
Staci
